3-Day Exchange Assurance

We want you to love what you order! Every purchase comes with a 3-Day Exchange Assurance. If your item is defective, damaged, or doesn’t match the description, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

If you’ve received the wrong product, just contact us within 48 hours — we’ll arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you.

For faulty or defective products, please send clear photos or videos to carecaseka@gmail.com. Once verified, we’ll process your exchange promptly.

Kindly note: This policy applies only to manufacturing defects and does not include damage from wear, scratches, or personal use.

Returns & Refunds

Our exchange and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. After 3 days, we won’t be able to offer an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
• Products damaged or altered after delivery by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

To start the process, email us at carecaseka@gmail.com with:

1. Your order details
2. A short description of the issue
3. Photos or videos supporting your claim

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup to collect the product and begin your exchange process.

After we receive your product, our team will inspect it and process your exchange or refund accordingly.

Sale & Promotional Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sales or promotions are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund & Return Policy : 

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
